Enter your floors and how many units are on each. Tabeq creates every apartment and numbers them by floor — 101, 102, then 201. Not every flat pays the same, so Tabeq doesn't pretend they do. An owner living in the flat, a rented flat, and one nobody is living in each carry their own monthly fee. The monthly fee bill generates on its own, split across every apartment at its correct rate. A resident pays through the building's own InstaPay link and submits the payment in the app. The admin sees it and approves. The building has a running balance: money in from payments, money out from expenses, both on the same screen. Nudge specific apartments about an unpaid bill, or send an announcement to everyone — a water cut, scheduled maintenance.
